Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shopcandleloft@gmail.com within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Include your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

Refund Conditions

  • Items used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days after we receive and confirm the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
